It’ been two years and over 80 massages !, yes I compressed and lived In my Faja. Is this uneven lipo fribrosis. They are sod and on both sides of my ribs .

Dear Loving,
  It does appear to be fibrosis from uneven and possibly excess liposuction done with an energy device.
While fat or alloClae grafting may improve the contour,  I have found some success in breaking up the fibrosis with vaser,  even though vaser may have been part of the initial procedure.  On the abdomen, a tummy tuck with skin tightening, if appropriate in your case, further smooths out the abdomen.  The attached before and after demonstrates such a case.

Based on your posted, photos, best to do a virtual consultation because the photos are out in daylight and there’s much shading and noted out of focus. Most likely the only treatment that might improve this internal scar fibrosis from liposuction would be using a release type technique i.e. J plasma or pickle, fork release, or combination thereof with specialized taping compression.
