Smile Lines - can I treat these without a facelift? (Photo)

Hello, 45 year old female and have these lines around my mouth when I smile. I don’t want a facelift yet so was wondering what other procedures could help tighten the skin so that they would go away. For my under eyes, planning a lower bleph with skin pinch and fat repositioning.

Likely the filler is not there any longer. It is very unlikely the filler caused loose skin. You can do something to tighten the skin, or add volume again.
