Can excess soft tissue/scar tissue be removed from jowl area? (Photos)

I had chin reduction that left me with excess soft tissue/scar tissue. I had some of it removed but i still have the appearance of jowling around the sides of the chin. It’s not due to loose skin as my skin is very tight but it’s due to the excess soft tissue/possible scar tissue from the bone reductions. Is there anything that can be done to remove it? It makes my lower face look so heavy and I am so self conscious.
