Past few months my nipples have gotten sensitive and I feel like the hard mass underneath has gotten somewhat bigger. I'm 23 and have had a minor lump under both nipples since I was a teen but it has become more noticeable. Has anyone else had this happen?

Answer: Hard lumps under nipples and they are sore. Is my Gyno getting worse? Thank you for your question.It is difficult to say without seeing any pictures or examining you. You should have your chest examine by a Plastic Surgeon in your area who can evaluate you and help you with your problem. All The Best !

Answer: Gynecomastia I appreciate your concern, but physical exam would be helpful. It appears you possibly have mild Gynecomastia which is usually treated by liposuction alone or direct excision. The scars are small and well hidden. Insurance may or may not cover it, depends on your policy. Check out the link below to an article I wrote about Gynecomastia, as you may find it helpful. Answer: Gynecomastia Is there any chance you have taken any "over the counter" supplements in the last few months. This is such a common story in my practice. In either case, a visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that specializes in the operation will set your mind at ease. If surgery is necessary it can be done through a tiny almost invisible incision inside your armpit. Good luck with your research.
