I still have a lower belly bulge after a tummy tuck - will I need a revision? (Photos)

I was having issues with my pannus last year. There was a lot of pain and rashing that had happened before i ahd my tummy tuck. I still had weight to loose but wanted to know if it would be best to go ahead and have my procedure. I met a surgeon who recom I wait 3 months and then have my procedure. Ibwas atound 206 pounds when I had a tummy tuck. my goal weight is 135. I wpuld rather be bigger and have a flat tummy than to be small and have loose skin. I will say the pain was pretty bad before the pannus was removed. My concern is that I still have a lower belly bulge that I have had irritation woth after the tummy tuck. The office said we can tslk about a revision then said they didnt know if my insurance wpuld cover it. Why would my stomach still look this way after an abdominoplasty? It seems like the skin under my belly button was bot toghtened enough.
