TT+BBL w/lipo 360 in 2021, bbl revision 2024 - why would my belly be protruding so much? How can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hello., I have a major concern. When I went to get my TT+bbl w/lipo 360 back in 2021 my stomach was flat and my belly button healed really well and inward. My bbl had dents so I got a revision done 2024. After the revision which was bbl with lipo again my stomach won’t ever be flat. The belly button is always pocking out. I always look swollen or like I’m full with a tight look to it. What can I do?! I hate it and can no longer wear belly shirts Like I used to before this. I went to Miami and I contacted my doctor and all he tells me is I need to be seen in person to know what I’m talking about. I’m upset because I live in Chicago area and I can’t afford to go again this was a treat for myself and now I’m feeling depressed and self conscious as ever
