Nephrectomy removal left loose skin - What can be done about this skin? (Photos)

Tummy tuck lipo 360 on 3/30/23 All seemed normal until 12/2023. when I experienced a lower abdomen swelling when walking or standing for longer periods. 6/2024 I find out I have kidney cancer. Dr performs open nephrectomy down midline of abdomen removes all cancer on 8/1/2024. It’s been nearly 18 months I’ve been cancer free. I have been told I need a partial hysterectomy to address fibroids and give my history they don’t suggest UFE because there’s no pathology. I’m concerned how much more mangled I could end up afterwards. Dr wants to utilize tummy tuck incision. Nephrectomy left me with all the loose skin in the pictures. Original plastic surgeon doesn’t want to touch me at this point based off pictures. Help what could be done about this skin After the hysterectomy? Thanks
