My upper abs look like a butt crack will this lay flat eventually? I had a full tummy tuck done at the beginning of the year.

Unfortunately, there will likely always be a crease in that area unless it is surgically corrected.
Based on your preoperative photos, you had excess skin in both the vertical and horizontal dimensions. The crease you are noticing is most likely due to residual horizontal skin excess in the upper abdomen.
The most straightforward way to correct this would be to excise the excess skin in that area. However, doing so would result in a vertical scar where the crease currently exists. While this would eliminate the crease and allow the area to lie flat, it is important to understand that a visible scar would replace it. Depending on how you heal and scar, the incision may fade over time and ultimately be less noticeable than the crease you have now.
