Is there any way to fix this and drop the labia area back down to the original location? (Photos)

I had first tummy tuck 2019. I got pregnant unexpectedly. I didnt look oregnant my whole pregnancy but after baby had alittle loose skin nothing crazy and only when sitting. Decided to do another tuck and my mons area was cut out and my labia was brought up super high! I hate it! My surgeon has done touch up lipo but it doesn’t help the bulge on the bottom! I’m so self conscious about it and literally cry every day because it’s so high and can be shown in athletic wear/ bathing suits/ panties! I wish I wouldn’t have done the second tuck because I traded one problem for an even bigger problem! Any way to fix it and drop it back down? Will dropping it back down cause my lips to sag where they been pulled so high?
