My nasal bridge which connects to the brow ridge is straight on one side and curved on the other side. Are there any procedures to fix this?

The swelling and induration (firmness) following a rhinoplasty take many months to completely resolve. And although we generally think of most of it resolving by 6 months, it does vary from patient to patient depending on skin type, amount of surgery, skill of the surgeon and post-operative care...

Thicker skin always takes longer to settle fully - the shrinkwrapping that occurs post op is slower and less complete. You have a little fullness in the supratip area rather than a real pollybeak. The first thing to consider is injection of steroid into this region which may well settle this...

Hi, thank you for the question! Here is what I think: the tip cartilage is what causes to a droopy nose look. Hence, reshaping the tip cartilage is going to give you a better proportion. Also, some changes in the bridge would help you have a more proportional profile. Hope this helps, best regards!
