How effective is Ulthera for the treatment of bands under the chin?

I've already had a facelift and necklift along with fat transfer to cheeks, but I was wondering how effective is Ulthera for small bands under the chin? If Ulthera isn't a good option, any non-surgical recommendations?

I have tried very hard for many years to improve neck bands with non surgical tightening procedures but I have not found any of my devices including Ultherapy to help. Ultherapy is probably not going to help much at this point, as its great about 4y after a facelift for any potential loose skin in your neck- try botox into the neck bands, its your best option for noninvasive treatment for any residual neck banding, it will relax the muscles and make them less prominent.
