Hi, I am 31 5' 9" 147lbs. I believe i have gyno and had it since middle school. I have struggled to gain weight for years and anytime i did gain it would go to my chest/thighs. I believe my condition is considered "skinny fat" I have been working out for the past three months in hopes to gain lean muscle in my upper chest. Will working out my chest make gyno more pronounced? Unfortunately at this time surgery would be out due to insurance not covering. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

For now, don't do anything. You want to give your body 6 months to fully heal before considering any kind of revision. I know it's frustrating, but be patient. Best of luck.
There is no lotion or potion that can treat gynecomastia. I would suggest that you seek a second opinion from another board certified plastic surgeon with a lot of gynecomastia experience. If he or she also tells you that nothing can be done surgically then you have your answer. Best of luck.
Unfortunately, this really isn't something that can be diagnosed online via a photo. Your hematoma could take months to resolve. I would suggest that you schedule an appointment with your surgeon to be assessed in person. You don't want to start exercising vigorously if that is going to increase...
