Asked before, many Dr's wanted before/after pics so here they are. I'm 5 mo p.o. is this a double bubble/fold? Can I safely ignore it for a while? I breastfed 2 kids for 2 yrs. Before pic taken night before surgery, almost 1 year after I stopped nursing. My right breast has always been smaller than the left, we went with 300+ccs, silicone under the muscle. Don't recall exact cc, something like 375cc ish I think. Went from 36B, to 34DDD. With Arms down issue is gone.
Answer: Double bubble/fold? Only when arms are raised or laying down? Yes a very minor indentation due to edge of pect muscle. But in general terms a GREAT result! I recommend rigotomies with nano fat grafts to correct. Fee $2,000.

Answer: Double bubble Yes, you're right - that is a double bubble. It's the difference between your original infra-mammary fold (where the breast tissue meets the chest wall) and your new one - either created by your surgeon or by the weight of the implant stretching the skin under the breast. Your natural fold has a tendency to keep its own shape even when the implant slides down the chest - this area where the implant peeks out below your original fold is the bubble. This will require a surgery to correct - there is no emergency about this at all. In fact, you might decide you never want it corrected. I would suggest, however, that you let your surgeon know this happened and discuss alternatives even if you don't proceed. Occasionally, we will offer a bit of a discount if correction is needed, depending on what exactly transpired, but the discussion has to be timely (like now) and the offer (if given) usually expires in a certain time period (6-12 mo.). But know that your results are otherwise lovely!
