Recovering after muscle pilcation surgery: I am almost 2 weeks post-op.

I had a revision ( diastasis recti repair/plication) year and a half after original TT/ hernia repair. I have a 7 inch vertical incision above B.B. I am nervous now because I’m reading all this info about post op swelling and worried cause I sat on couch / slept sitting up ( up every hr ) legs elevated for whole first week. Getting up and down from laying position was too painful. I feel good/ no issues but worried I did something wrong.
