Lump on one side of nose more prominent when nostrils flared what could this be? What kind of procedure would I need? (photos)

I have always had a bit of an irregularity on one side of my nose. In certain lighting it is invisible whereas other lighting it is very unsightly to me. What could this be and what kind of procedure would I need fix this? In the second photo my nostrils flared.
