What are the pros and cons of Ultrasonic rhinoplasty and is it recommended for any rhinoplasty procedure in particular?

What are the pros and cons of ultrasonic rhinoplasty? It does not seem widely adopted, is this because it is relatively new still? Is it recommended for any rhinoplasty procedure in particular?
