Is this internal scar tissue after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty 10 months ago. At about 3.5 months post op a hard bump developed on the side of my nose. I have had 2 steroid injections (1 prior to the bump appearing and 1 approx 5 weeks after the bump appeared). It's causing asymmetry. Is this scar tissue and can it be dissolved without another surgery?

The bony area appears to be swollen and wideIf the swelling is the cause, over time it should gradually return to its natural size and shape."I suggest that you get a medical examination again, such as a CT scan, to determine if a fracture has occurred.
