Hi! F/44. BMI 20. I have laxity in the cheeks as evidenced by under-eye hollows, deepening nasolabials & smile lines. But on smiling my cheeks are very full/ ie they pull up significantly. Had filler before and face looked fine at rest but like a chubby chipmunk smiling. There are surgeons/dermatologists/injectors near me, but services are limited: no threads, Sculptra or ultherapy. Board-certified plastic surgeon says I’m not a facelift candidate. Any advice?
