hi i had an otoplasty done two years ago and they have healed with no problems, i was just wondering if piercing my cartilage would affect this surgery... i know all about infection risks etc.. i just want to know how high the risk is, for ruining the pinning back of my ears?

I agree with the other experts, don't sell yourself short by trying to get by with a lesser procedure. Revision with internal sutures is the right choice.
