My first appt I went 405cc SRM and sat on it and decided I wanted bigger...I went back and he played around with the machine bc he wanted to keep the width the same on my body and we picked 485cc SSF and now im scared that'll be too big for my frame. I don't want to look like two circles sitting on my body. I looked at some photos online with other people with 485cc and some just looked too big and some DONT. I'm confused. HE SAID THESE PHOTOS ARE CLOSELY ACCURATE. I like the photos.
Answer: Try sizers While computer imaging can be helpful, it’s recommended that you try on sizers as well. These are implants you fit into your bra to see how you may feel and look with your predicted results.

Answer: Implant size Dear Schoolgirl13, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Will 485cc be too big for my frame? Hello, Thank you for the question and photos. Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions. 485cc size implant is typically considered large for somebody your frame and will likely give you a full D/DD results. I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Answer: 485cc Thanks for your question! Without knowing your measurements, height, weight, etc., it's going to be difficult to give you an accurate answer. However, if you like/trust your surgeon and you like the photos, you will hopefully be happy with your end result! My gut says that is a lot on your petite frame, but it's difficult to assess with photos alone. Good luck!
