50lb weight loss after breast augmentation - what can I expect?

survivingandthriving1
Hi! I am a woman in my mid twenties and I had a breast augmentation 2 years ago. I was about 20 lbs thinner then I currently am when I had the procedure and still wasn’t fully at my goal weight. I would like to lose 50 lbs in total and would like to know what to expect with my implants with that level of weight loss? I do hope they will get smaller and perkier if I work out while losing weight. Mostly just concerned about sagging and loose skin….
