Actually, halo is both safe and effective directly over the eyelids right to the lash lines by a doctor experienced in the technique as well as in the placement of laser eye shields. These are absolutely necessary for safety, so politely decline anyone offering to do this treatment without them.We were the first office to do treatments back in 2014 and it is one of our most popular procedures. If you do a search on #haloeyes or @ and our practice name, you can watch a number of videos of both #lasereyeshields placement, halo on eyelids, full resurfacing on eyelids and lots of before and afters of the treatment.
Halo is a great laser for wrinkles around the eyes. You will need to evaluated to see if you are a candidate for the procedure first and then talk about specific target areas.
I love the Halo and we were part of the development team. We use it on eyelids (with shields of course) for mild cases. For looser skin I prefer deeper resurfacing with another part of the sciton system (TRL) but downtime is greater. I also use the Sciton profractional for eyelids in some cases. Its difficult to give great advice on these procedures without at least photos

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results. It is impossible for me to compare the before photo with all the after photos. It is at a different distance with different lighting and unprepared skin. That said, your photos (which I understand you to say are 4 1/2 months...
It all depends on your degree of skin issues and skin type. Posting photos will get you better results and an in patient consultation is best of all.Properly trained physicians can insert special laser eye contact lenses (don't worry, it doesn't hurt!) allowing the entire eyelid to the lashes...
It will resolve. If you would like to speed it up all the recommendations so far are very good. I also like facial pads containing kojic acid available at many derm and plastics offices.
