Nasal tip reduction. Is there a non surgical way to slightly pinch the tip?

Hello,Thanks for your question. There is no good non-surgical method to achieve your goals. If your tip is too big to start with, adding filler will only make this worse. The tip structures don't offer enough restriction of filler movement to create a micro-augmentation from frontal view. There are options for in-office surgical procedures that can correct the issue once and for all if you elected to move in that direction. If you would like a more definitive answer to your question, please consider re-asking this with photographs of your nose. In general, when somebody presents to our office with a bulbous nasal tip appearance, we recommend rhinoplasty surgery to create a narrower nasal tip appearance, not fillers. I hope this helps! Hi and thanks for your question. It is possible to refine your tip a bit with a filler like Voluma as part of the Non Surgical Rhinoplasty procedure. Usually it is difficult to make the tip smaller non surgically, although I have had some success injecting steroids to shrink the tip a bit. Whatever 3 point injection rhinoplasty is, I can assure you that it is not the only way of doing this procedure. The key to success with this and any other cosmetic procedure is to customize the technique to the individual. It should never be a cookie cutter approach. If you are considering this procedure, though, make sure to consult with someone very experienced specifically in Non Surgical Rhinoplasty and ask to see their before and after photos. Hope that helps
