Does under eye filler effect a nose job or vice versa? I have Restylane and want a closed rhinoplasty.

The short answer to your question is no.  However...it is important that your surgeon knows there is filler placed so that when the hump is reduced and depending upon the size of that hump,  osteotomies are performed, the fracture sites do not interfere with the filler placement.  In the right hands both your eyes and nose will look terrific.

You should be good to go for a rhinoplasty. However, you  may want tow ait about 4-6 months for most of the swelling to subside before undergoing fillers around the tear troughs.
