Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. There is a very wide spectrum in the size and appearance of women's breasts, nipples, and areola, and yours are well within "normal." If you have a specific concern see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation. Hope this helps.
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us!First I want to congratulate you for making this important decision. Deciding to get an aesthetic procedure to change your body and get a new life style is a big step! Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast lift with implants, this is because your chest looks a bit saggy and the implants will definitely help you fill the superior pole of your breast giving you an excellent and beautiful shape. Before all this, of course, you need to get to a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first. Have a great day! Thank you for the photo. After reviewing, I can tell you that your areolas are proportionate to your breast size with only a slight asymmetry. I understand that we all have different desires so if you feel that your areolas are too large, this can be corrected with surgery. For you, I would recommend a breast lift to not only reduce the size of your areola but to also elevate the position of your areola to a more natural position on the breast.
These types of questions are ultimately a matter of "personal preference". Your photograph demonstrates asymmetry of the breasts and nipple/areola complexes and overall areola size larger than average. If you feel that your nipple/areola are too wide, seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons (who can demonstrate lots of experience achieving the types of outcomes you would be pleased with) and learn about the pros/cons associated with surgical options available. Best wishes.
