What can be done about a split/double nipple? (photos)

Question

My right nipple has a split that I was born with. I was wondering what surgery is possible for something like this? I also don't like how the surrounding areola is so bumpy, is there anything that can be done? Thank-you.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  This split nipple appearance can be corrected with a small in-office procedure by a board certified plastic surgeon. The intervening tissue on either side of the split is removed and sutures are used to reapproximate the skin edges.  The bumpy appearance of the areola is natural and the result of a series of glands in the tissue.  Hope this helps.
