My right nipple has a split that I was born with. I was wondering what surgery is possible for something like this? I also don't like how the surrounding areola is so bumpy, is there anything that can be done? Thank-you.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. In my opinion your nipple and areolas are very well proportioned to the size of your breasts. I would no recommend surgery unless there is something in particular that troubles you. Hope this helps.
