Excision of extra nipples is usually a fairly straight-forward procedure which can be performed in your board-certified plastic surgeon's office under local anesthesia. We would charge approximately $1000.00-$1500.00 for removal of one in the office.

It is usually no more difficult than removing a mole, and can be performed under local anesthesia in the office setting.
