What doctor should I go see if I have a nipple abnormality as a male?

I have 2 nipples on the right side. I want to remove it but I am not sure where I should seek help

Thank you for your question. An extra nipple is called a supernumerary nipple or accessory nipple. Excision of extra nipples is usually a fairly straight-forward procedure which can be performed in your board-certified plastic surgeon's office under local anesthesia. We would charge approximately $1000.00-$1500.00 for removal of one in the office.

Accessory nipples are more common than you may think, and most plastic surgeons have experience removing them.  It is usually no more difficult than removing a mole, and can be performed under local anesthesia in the office setting.  A plastic surgeon and likely many dermatologists will be sensitive to your concerns, and will try to orient the excision and teach you incision care and scar management in so as to minimize scarring.  Best of luck.
