Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  In my opinion your nipple and areolas are very well proportioned to the size of your breasts.  I would no recommend surgery unless there is something in particular that troubles you.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for sharing your question.  I would strongly advise you not to try this technique as it is painful, results in inferior results, and increases your risks of complications.  Nipple reduction surgery can be performed safely and quickly in a surgeon's office.  See an ASPS board cert...

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Though I see your loose stitch I do not see that your incision has opened but I would talk with your surgeon about your concerns.  They can examine the stitches and determine appropriate wound care to ensure you go on to heal without issue...
