Piercing is definitely an option.  There are more invasive, permanent techniques without piercing however I would base that alternative decision on whether you have plans for children in the future and breast feeding in the future.  Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon as an initial start.  Best Wishes!!

There are several techniques that can be utilized to correct inverted nipples piercing, vacuum devices, or surgery. A lot depends on whether one has a dynamic or static inverted nipple. Dynamic is when it goes in and out. The treatment for puffiness is different and may require a scar that goes around the order of the areola.
