My nipples have been inverted all my life but seemed to have gotten more puffy more recently, I heard piercing then is a solution would it help me or is surgery my only option.

Although I have not heard of nipple piercing to correct nipple inversion, I suppose it could be effective. Answer: Inverted nipples Inverted nipples can be treated surgically to improve them. There are also devices called niplets which may help mild inversion over time to pull them out.
