Piercing is definitely an option.  There are more invasive, permanent techniques without piercing however I would base that alternative decision on whether you have plans for children in the future and breast feeding in the future.  Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon as an initial start.  Best Wishes!!

There are several techniques that can be utilized to correct inverted nipples piercing, vacuum devices, or surgery. A lot depends on whether one has a dynamic or static inverted nipple. Dynamic is when it goes in and out. The treatment for puffiness is different and may require a scar that goes around the order of the areola. With regards to inverted nipple, it is important to know that there is not a perfect solution and during your consultation with your plastic surgeon, you should inquire as to the success rate that surgeon has had with a particular technique.

Dear Secrets_00,The most effective and precise method for correcting your nipple inversion would be surgery.  There is an incidence of re-inversion however.  Although I have not heard of nipple piercing to correct nipple inversion, I suppose it could be effective.  Understand the risks of either before you decide on how to proceed as your breasts are attractive as they are.  Good luck!

Inverted nipples can be treated surgically to improve them. There are also devices called niplets which may help mild inversion over time to pull them out.
