I had liposuction on my neck/chin about 2 1/2 weeks ago now. I have some hard lumps on my neck. Is this normal? How can I get rid of these?

Unfortunately you have a problem of excess skin which would get worse if you had liposuction alone. At this point, you will need a neck lift in order to achieve desirable results. The skin is tightened and removed from behind the ears. Good luck
