I had liposuction on my neck/chin about 2 1/2 weeks ago now. I have some hard lumps on my neck. Is this normal? (photo)

I had liposuction on my neck/chin about 2 1/2 weeks ago now. I have some hard lumps on my neck. Is this normal? How can I get rid of these?
