Hoping to avoid a surgical procedure unless It's my only hope. I'm 43 and struggling to smooth and tighten my undereye skin. The rest of my skin is flawless and beautiful. Some people say lasers can worsen the texture so I'm concerned. I have done 1 TCA 30% peel with no improvement. I use Skin Medica Eye repair and have retin a but I'm getting mixed feedback on using that. What are the best options I have to smooth out this skin? It's VERY upsetting To me. Please please help.
