I am having a circumferential tummy tuck , lipo of flanks, and the doctor recommended I use the fat from my flanks to fill in chest, biceps, and a little in my butox. My concern is that when i gain weight It always goes to my flanks first then other places. So if I move that fat and use it in my chest and other areas does this mean that any future weight gain will go the new areas first? I don't want to grow huge man boobs. i don't plan on gaining weight but still is a concern.
