Secondhand smoke before breast lift and implant replacement - should I be concerned?

I’m attending an event and will be staying in a hotel that is attached to a casino. I do not smoke but am afraid I will be exposed to secondhand smoke . My surgery breast lift and implant replacement is one week after I return. Should I be concerned?
