Is there any way to make the philtrum any thinner and more defined? (Photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible that the filler used to augment your upper lip also created more fullness above the lip. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with your injector or another board-certified plastic surgeon who can assess you in person. If the problem is filler, you can dissolve all or a portion of the formulation to create a more defined philtrum.

Thank you for your question and photos.  It would be easier assess your case if you had included your before filler photo.  With just your after photos to review, I see that your right upper lip is fuller that the opposite side. I have to assume this happened from your filler treatment.   The photos of your ideal lip shape that you have included is a much thinner lip.  I would suggest meeting with an experienced provider and discussing a correction treatment with Hyaluronidase Enzyme to dissolve all or some of the asymmetry that you currently have.  This would provide a better starting point to work from and achieve the aesthetic that you are seeking.

Were the philtrum columns injected with filler previously? If so, then I would have the filler dissolved using hyaluronidase.
