Is there any way to make the philtrum any thinner and more defined? (Photos)

The area between my top lip and where my noes starts is really thick and I started noticing it ever since I been getting my lips done. It really just bulks out instead of matching the rest in my face. I want it to be thinner/ more flat and have a swoop with defined creases. I really want to fix this, I'm just not sure what to do or if it's even possible. I uploaded pics of myself and then how I want it to look.

This probably can be quite difficult to treat. Expertly placed filler could improve things. However, if a scar has formed inside the lip, they might need to also perform a scar subcision to improve this further.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to give you any feedback without at least a photo or two. In most cases, lip fillers will not cause hollowing in the lip area since the skin will usually conform well around the new lip shape.I encourage you to schedule a second opinion with another board-certified...

The idea is that a tiny, precisely injection of botox right at the junction of the red and white lip roll at cupids bow will cause these area to roll out. This is a hyped public relations story that many, many doctors jumped in on. The problem is that this service, if it works at all, only works...

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  Yes it is possible to change your filler to any other that you would prefer such as Volbella, Vollure, Refyne, etc.  Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs and it is not possible to give you an answer on how many cc’s or if a lip lift would be indicated.  Lip lifts can create more of a gummy smile but can produce excellent results with hidden scars when indicated or performed properly.  Best Wish...
