Anything to Do for Long Philtrum and Short Nose?

My philtrum is really long and I wish my nose would not stop so short. Is there anything I can have done?

Swelling 7 years after rhinoplasty is very strange.  A good history may lead to the answer.  Do you have an implant or permanent sutures inside that may be irritated or infected?  Could not say without an exam.
