I don't see a foto so it is difficult to say what is causing the lnes.  It can be fat, muscle, or skin issues and all may have different answers.  If you noticed they happened with weight gain then certainly get some help initially with losing the weight.  See a board certified plastic surgeon (there are many in the Philippines) and see what your options are...maybe kybella or coolsculpting mini will help
