Is it possible to lose mild gynecomastia without surgery? If yes, how long does it take to disappear?

Jenzo23
Since I know now that I am suffering from mild gynecomastia, my parents won't allow me to have surgery even though I now that we can accommodate for the surgery expense since they thought that it is very dangerous to have surgery. But I am very eager to make my gynecomastia disappear because it really hurts my life as a young man. :-(
