What are good and bad side effects of alar trim, tip plasty and dorsal implant?

I undergo alar trim, tip plasty and dorsal implant surgery on my nose 3 weeks ago. My question is what is good and bad side effect on my nose and how take long to heal and recover my scars, anyway I'm using Cicalfate cream for my scars? It's okay if I expose under the sun or kind of heat?

Thanks for your inquiry.Some
of the biggest risks associated with dorsal implants are infection and implant
migration, which can eventually lead to extrusion.However, it does offer the benefit of quickly
augmenting the dorsum without having to use tissue that is harvested from other
areas which can lead to donor site morbidity.So, their are pros and cons to the dorsal implant.As for the exposing your scars to the sun,
this is something you want to avoid especially in the healing phase which can
lead to darkening of the scars.I hope

-dorsal implants: if we talk about alloplastic (non natural, not from your own body taken) implants my opinion and the widespread opinion of expert nose surgeons in the world is AGAINST them, they extrude, get infected, produce artificial looks, very very problematic and have excellent alternatives in your own body grafts; these artificial implants should never be used in nose, ever-alar trim and tip plasty: if correctly indicated and properly executed they are good for you, no worries

those are very benign procedures. the effects are related to more definition of the nose tip. however, the changes are related to narrowing of the nostrils that may have an impact on airflow. At this point if you are not having concerns, you should just let things heal.

Finally, make sure that your doctor is
aware of your process. He should be able to guide you best in your care.
