Based on your photo, the bottom of your tip veers away from your piercing. Revision rhinoplasty may be necessary. Much more information is needed, since revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty. A full set of facial photographs from all angles (not just the front) are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. If your nose is deviated and it bothers you, a revision procedure would be needed to correct the issue. Strong grafting material in the form of cartilage is needed to support the tip in a midline position.
