My nasal tip looks straight in the mirror but crooked on front view camera - what can I do to correct this? (Photo)

I had open rhinoplasty back in 2013 and was overall happy with my procedure that is, until recently I discovered the "inverted" filter where it shows how people actually see you versus the mirror and my tip looks like it's leaning more to the left? What can I do to correct this?

Hi there! Thanks for the questions. I wouldn't worry so much about what the filter shows as phone cameras are imperfect and distort the image. If your nose is deviated and it bothers you, a revision procedure would be needed to correct the issue. Strong grafting material in the form of cartilage is needed to support the tip in a midline position. Based on your photo, the bottom of your tip veers away from your piercing. Revision rhinoplasty may be necessary. The feasibility of having a successful repair would largely depend upon your examination, and what was previously performed. Much more information is needed, since revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty. A full set of facial photographs from all angles (not just the front) are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. Also important to know I'm at how much cartilage is leftover on the inside of your nose for grafting purposes to make your nose straighter. You also appear to Have a hanging columella
