Right breast sits lower, feels heavier and tugs on my chest. Am I starting to bottom out? Will I need another revision? (Photo)

Had surgery under muscle implants put in 2yrs ago. Had to get revision surgery on right breast 7months ago and this one was placed over the muscle. My right breast sits lower feels heavier and tugs on my chest. This normal or am I going have to get this fixed again.
