Based on a poorly one posted photo, I recommend reposting a series of photos. Front view side views abdominal view to get a better understanding of your issues. It appears the smaller or higher riding breast had a little breast lift while the lower or larger breast did not? Only further revision can help or an option is fat grafting to the smaller breast and a possible skin only breast lift on the lower riding breast. Expect surgical fees to range from $5000-$10,000. To assess the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set up before and after pictures.
If you’ve had more than one operation, then you should include before and after pictures of each of the previous procedures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
On most people the left breast sits higher on the chest wall than the right side.
Having one implant below the muscle and one implant above, the muscle is probably going to create some asymmetry.
Consider reposting with better pictures.
In reality, your situation is probably too complex to assess from an online post.
Consider getting in a person, a second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons who do a lot of breast surgery.
With each repeat procedure things become more complex and challenging.
