Wavy nose - can anything be done to straighten it out? (photos)

I am 5 years post rhinoplasty (Including deviated septum). My nose was fairly straight before, except for the tip. Post Op, my nose is very wavy. Can anything be done to straighten it out?

It is difficult to make specific recommendations for revision rhinoplasty based on the photos. Revision rhinoplasty often requires further cartilage grafting. The source could be your own septum, ear cartilage or rib. A personal exam so your surgeon can view your nose from multiple angles as well as feel the structures for strength is necessary to make a specific plan. You should see an expert in revision rhinoplasty for a consultation since this is a more challenging procedure than primary surgery

As a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many revision rhinoplasty surgeries, the importance of an in-person exam cannot be stressed enough, particularly in cases such as yours! Both your tip and dorsum have been over-resected… the loss of support of your septum is resulted in the ‘waviness’… your aggressively resected tip cartilages are what makes it crooked and unnatural looking

These issues can be addressed with a revision rhinoplasty that must include structural grafting to support your weakened nose
