Will the white marks from my facelift go away? Can you tear something 14 months post op? (Photos)

I had a face & neck lift 14months ago. I developed a hematoma about 2-3 hrs after. apparently a nicked artery. I dont blame my surgeon - I had a lot going on at the time. I do have white marks near my ear, into my cheek. We did a Halo laser treatment on my face (not under chin) a week ago. Also, last night I felt like I tore something when I moved from sleeping on my stomach - a pain under my chin. Is it possible to tear after 14 months? It was still tight under the chin and around the ears, but since this morning, it's less tight there. My surgeon knows and has pictures, im waiting to hear back. The laser and follow-up treatments have been free + steroid injections to help the scars at the back of my ears.
