What would be the best procedure to correct my "turkey neck"?

A true lateral is taken with the shoulders square with the face. When you twist your head to the shoulder, it tightens the skin and distorts your anatomy. Based on the photos provided, it doesn’t look like anything is necessary. Please submit different photos.

Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles in a chin neutral position looking straight ahead. It's impossible to tell from these pictures what's causing the issue which can be skin, muscle, or fat. Also important to know your age
