You might benefit from an Upper Lip Lift combined with Fat Transfer to the upper face. The upper lip lift will reduce the long space between the base of your nose and the upper lip. This will provide some the affect you are looking for.
In addition, you might consider Fat Transfer to the Upper Face . This will somewhat widen the face and enhance the bone structure of your cheeks. I have performed these two procedures together with fantastic results.

One thing to consider would be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This may make your face appear more attractive. You could also benefit from a rhinoplasty. The tip of the nose is slightly rounded. Another possibility would be chin augmentation. This would balance your face at a lateral view.

To get a proper craniofacial cephalometric assessment, I suggest consulting either with plastic surgeons who have craniofacial surgery, background or oral surgeons to do complex facial reconstructive surgery.
After you had a proper assessment, and good understanding of what surgery involves, you’ll be in a better position to make a decision of what’s right for you.
This type of surgery is not a light undertaking.
