Greetings from Istanbul! You appear to have a long, projected chin, which creates the illusion of a long face. To address this concern, a lower chin reduction surgery might be beneficial. This procedure involves reducing the chin size and slightly repositioning the bone backward, which can create a more balanced and proportional facial appearance. Hope this helps, best of luck!
Thank you for your query. The best way achieve a “shorter” face would be to get some contours in your mid face, using fillers or your own fat. This will change the ratios and make your face look less long. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
hello,You might benefit from an Upper Lip Lift combined with Fat Transfer to the upper face. The upper lip lift will reduce the long space between the base of your nose and the upper lip. This will provide some the affect you are looking for.In addition, you might consider Fat Transfer to the Upper Face . This will somewhat widen the face and enhance the bone structure of your cheeks. I have performed these two procedures together with fantastic results. You can read more about the Lip Lift at the link below. Thank you for your question.Ricardo L Rodriguez MDBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonBaltimore, Maryland

One thing to consider would be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This may make your face appear more attractive. You could also benefit from a rhinoplasty. The tip of the nose is slightly rounded. Another possibility would be chin augmentation. This would balance your face at a lateral view.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Based on your pictures, it looks like you would be a good candidate for a jaw reduction and some lip work to give the allusion that your face is shorter. Make sure to go to a board certified plastic surgeon who has a good eye and is well versed in facial procedures for the best results. Best of luck !
To get a proper craniofacial cephalometric assessment, I suggest consulting either with plastic surgeons who have craniofacial surgery, background or oral surgeons to do complex facial reconstructive surgery. After you had a proper assessment, and good understanding of what surgery involves, you’ll be in a better position to make a decision of what’s right for you. This type of surgery is not a light undertaking.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Hi there! Your approach to anti-aging is smart. Many of my clients have a similar mindset about fillers and non-invasive treatments. Small amounts of filler and some non-surgical devices can be beneficial for the right patient but you aren't wrong that over time, as you get older, doing this...

Great question! I don't recommend a skin-only facelift. When the tension of the lift is on the skin it can cause a very unnatural, "pulled" look. Additionally, these lifts typically do not last. I often see patients seeking another surgery shortly after. On the other hand, in a deep-plane...
