6+ months post op from lipo 360. I emphasized that I wanted my back and bra fat prioritized. I understand it can take up to a year for swelling to go down, but should I be able to hold loose skin or swollen body parts as well as I can in these photos? It feels firm. What could this be and what if it’s not fat, what can I do to treat it?
Answer: Swelling, fat, or skin? At this point in recovery your swelling has resolved. What your photos depict you pinching is mostly loose skin with a little fat. You can consider a bra line lift as one option. This would remove excess skin of the upper back and leaves a horizontal incision about the level of a bra. As a second option you may be a candidate for further liposuction with J Plasma for skin tightening. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Liposuction Most of what you are holding is thick ack skin. You could consider minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like ThermiTight or Renuvion to help tighten the skin.
