The banana role is a skinfold and does not represent a problem related to fat distribution. For that reason, it should not be treated with Liposuction. Doing so only causes other issues. There’s no way you’re going to be able to properly restore that area using Fillers. The whole idea is nonsense, except for independently, wealthy individuals, who have no budget. Your picture is a bit limited, but I find it difficult to accept that somebody couldn’t harvest fat to do fat grafting. Delivering consistent quality, Liposuction, and fat transfer result is more difficult than most people realize. On top of this revision work as many times, more complex, and more difficult than Primary procedurs. Is it going to move forward and have this corrected then you definitely need to find one of the most talented providers when it comes to Liposuction and fat transfer. This may take having quite a few consultations. When you had your initial revision surgery, I’m guessing the surgeon made things worse by taking out more fat. It would be important to know what was done in your revision. To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set quality before an after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeons to forward the pictures they took. If you’ve had second procedures, then you should include before and after pictures for each of the operations. If you’re contacting your providers office to get before and after pictures, then you should also get copies of your operative report which would be good to have for anybody doing a proper assessment regarding correct in your outcome. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. Some of it is simply luck. I will say that the number of plastic surgeons who remastered these procedures are in a small minority I need to be found. Most plastic surgeons are not particularly great and either Liposuction or fat transfer. There’s a lot of mediocre work being done on a regular basis by people who have proper qualifications, years of experience, and overall good reputations. The difference between quality work and average work is quite remarkable. For Liposuction procedurs, I generally recommended patients consider having at least five consultations before choosing a provider. Considering the complexity of revision of work, you may need to schedule more consultations than that. When possible avoid virtual consultations, especially if you situation is complex. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of people who had similar body characteristics to your owner. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you did before and after pictures of at least 15 previous patients. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what the average results looks like in the hands of each provider or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done. If you’re having fat transfer, then you need to vet providers for both Liposuction and fantage transfer results. Finding plastic surgeons for fat transfer is even more difficult. When reviewing fat, transfer results, always confirm the time frame of when after pictures were taken. Early found the transfer results can look very impressive, but did not in any way represent final results. After pictures in order to be a representative, should ideally be taken six months after the procedure or longer. Revision work is not nearly as common as primary procedures so providers may not have as many before, and after pictures of patients who had revision to work with that transfer. Which fat transfer a can, and cannot accomplish to correct poorly done Liposuction. It depends a lot upon how the first procedures were done. If you’ve had two rounds of liposuction, then you may need several rounds of fat transfer to build up the subcutaneous fat volume. The most difficult cases to treat those were the initial Liposuction was done, aggressive manner It’s really important that you don’t continue seeking solutions that are not sustainable or won’t work. Radio frequency treatments have no hope of restoring your contour, which is directly related to inappropriate fat removal. The only treatment that’s going to restore this area is restoring the fat the way it’s supposed to be. I recognize that this can be pretty emotional and frustrating. The financial costs involved, and the regret of the initial procedure are very real. You can’t change your candidacy for the procedure. What you do have control over is finding the best provider and that is where you should put all your effort. Good luck, Mats Hagstrom MD
