Lipo or tummy tuck for revision? (Photos)

It’s been 2 years since my lipo 360 and after lots of non invasive treatments it’s pretty much still there. They did speak about doing more lipo to try and break up the scar tissue but it makes me nervous because wouldn’t give me the chance of more scaring? I’m wondering if a tummy tuck would be the best option. Also looking for surgeon recommendations and opinions. I included my before and current as of today photos. Thank you for your time!
