There is no limited fix for this type of result. This type of result cannot be corrected with another SMAS lift which will only accentuate the problem. Your best solution would be from a deep plane vertical lift technique with a mandibular skin release. You should be aware that some of the lateral submandibular fullness may be due to your salivary gland. Also, even as good as this technique is, the concavity under your chin may not totally resolve.
