This happened during a necklift with a reputable PS a year ago. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is too much. Everyone I met asks "what happened", it is in middle of neck! I will go to cover it with hair transplant soon. I was burned form the inside out i think and then the vertical scar opened and created ripples as you see. Could the scar have been handled Better? Was this an act of negligence? Have you seen any case like this before? What are my rights as a patient?
