What is wrong with my face? (photos)

Question

I feel like there are many many things wrong with it but can't pinpoint specifically what is causing my face to look so off balance. No matter how much makeup I wear or how pretty my hair looks my awkward face prevents me from ever feeling beautiful. I suspect my bulby undefined assymmetrical nose is the problem but I can't figure out if rhinoplasty will throw my facial proportions even further off balance. Please help! What do you recommend surgically that will make my face look better?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. The main goal of a reputable facial plastic surgeon is to listen to a patient's concerns and discuss the treatment plans that can address these concerns. Find a reputable surgeon in your geographical area and schedule a consultation to discuss what bothers YOU because that is all that really matters. Best  of luck!

There is nothing wrong with your face!  You are very pretty, but I believe most women like the look of soft, rounded cheeks.  If you look at beautiful women, the do have full, 'apple' cheeks.  This gives them a very feminine look.   Having a filler or implant to your cheek area will give you that look.  Your chin is a bit small.  If you place your finger from your lips straight down, your chin should almost touch your finger.  Yours is a bit behind.  A chin implant will project the chin forward to better balance the lower half of  your face.  Your nose is not going to change the shape of your face, but you could have the nose refined, if you desire.
