What pre & post-op supplies would I need to prepare for a BBL?

I wanted to know what important supplies do I have to get for a bbl post op i hear that a lot of girls buy stuff and don't even use half of the supplies. I'm going to be traveling from philly to Miami any information would help me a lot for my upcoming journey thanks

Each surgeon has a different idea about what the recovery should be so I would recommend you consult with your surgeon who's going to be performing your surgery. I would recommend you find a surgeon with board certified by the American Board of plastic surgery, because studies show that the best trained surgeons produce the best results.

Hello dear!!
What you should bring:
1. Iron, Vitamin C, Complex B., omeprazol, tylenol, advil.
2. Feminine Pads
3. Compression socks
4. Body wipes
5. Face towels
6. Tooth paste,
7. Tooth brush,
8. Mouth wash (preferably the travel size).
9.Flat Shoes
10. Summer dresses about 3 or 4
11. One cotton tank
12. Laptop, Ipad or cellphone
13. If you have diabetic bring your Gluco Test. They could be required during the stay at home recovery.
14. Bring constipation pills, usually after surgery is necessary. Also you can buy it here.
15. If you have asthma bring the drugs for nebulization. They could be required during your time at the home recovery.
16.Abdominal Board
17. Epi Foam
18. Boppy pillow (BBL)

I recommend my patients to wear loose clothing and buy chux pads, ABD pads, tylenol ES, arnica.....Consult your surgeon for post op instructions since each surgeon has a slightly different protocol. We provide our patients with a compression garment and a BBL pillow. Good luck!

First, I would recommend having surgery to close to home because the post-op care is as important as the surgery.  As for supplies, you should check with your surgeon as each surgeon may have different recommendations.

Greetings. The supplies needed post op will vary. in general, a compression garment is needed in the post-operative period. There is also a BBL cushion that can be purchased for sitting in the post-operative period. Some patients will also get massages in the post-operative period. This can be discussed with your plastic surgeon during your consultation. Good luck!
